Our VIP suite is a genuine private room, not a converted corridor. She and her damas can change, finish hair and makeup, calm down, and gather before the entrance without walking through the guests. Her photographer can work there properly. Later in the evening it becomes somewhere she can sit down for ten minutes, which every quinceanera needs at some point and very few plan for.

Your Caterer or Ours, and We Do Not Charge You for Choosing
Many families already have someone. A tia who caters, a place that has fed every celebration in the family for twenty years, or a taquero everyone insists on. Bring them. We ask for a certificate of insurance and that is the requirement in full.
When your caterer works in our space, we still provide the table linens, the tablecloths, the cutlery, the chairs and tables, the catering and display areas, the bar, and our service staff for the whole evening. Your caterer cooks. Everything else stays ours.

A quinceanera is rarely organised by one person. Padrinos take on the cake, the photography, the DJ, the dress, the decor. That means five or six people arriving with five or six different questions, often on different days.
We do not require a coordinator and we do not hand you an approved vendor list. Your DJ, your decorator, your photographer, your baker and your florist are all welcome. What we do is give you one point of contact on our side, so your mother is not repeating the same delivery window to four different people.
Anything structural, an arch, a backdrop, a large installation, gets walked through on your tour rather than raised the week of the event.
